Dakota Stage tickets are sold only through our official box office (Ovation/AudienceView) and website.
We do not authorize or partner with StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, or any third-party resale marketplace.
Because of this, tickets purchased from those sites cannot be verified by our staff and may be invalid, duplicated, or priced far above face value.
If you purchased tickets from a resale website:
We may not be able to admit you to the performance
We cannot reprint, replace, or refund those tickets
We cannot correct seating errors or pricing differences
Any refunds must be requested directly from the seller or resale platform
We know this is frustrating — unfortunately we have no way to access or modify orders that were not created in our ticketing system.
Valid Dakota Stage tickets will:
Be delivered through our official ticket confirmation email
Match an order in our box office system under your name
Be purchased directly through our website or box office
If you are unsure, contact us before your performance date and we will gladly check for you.
Resale websites sometimes list tickets without the venue’s permission.
They may advertise availability even when a show is sold out, or list seats they do not actually control.
We are working to remove these listings, but they can reappear automatically.
If you think you may have purchased invalid tickets, please contact us as soon as possible.
While we cannot honor third-party tickets, we will do our best to help you find available seating if a performance is not sold out.
